Unlike most fan characters this one was not created as a creation on it's own. Michad is an important character in a plot to a story, otherwise known as The Suki Saga.

Michad is not a common character.
His Charisma, and political career has given him wealth, power, and amusement. Looking down and upon others as his kind of toys is a delightful thing.
Of course he is too cute and eccentric to be judged by his subjects or the conveying media. Valatise, an Isle of the Sol Dimension makes his home.
Michad seeks the Dream Crown. And ancient artifact created by his race, carved from the horns of Somnus. If the Dream Crown is collected, it's wearer will gain great power, and be able to see into the minds of his enemies- gaining prophetic features in his dreams.
The Dream Crown also has many eyes centered upon it.
Of Course, Michad is a good, well meaning typical political character from the Sonic fandom. He has no dark side. Just look at that classy eyepiece.
